Sorry not sorry, I am all decked out in black. Again. This shouldn't come as a surprise anymore because welcome to Cherylsaurus, where 98% of my wardrobe corresponds with the darkness of my soul. And what better way to show the world how I am feeling inside than this lovely For Love & Lemons dress. It's all business as usual in the front but hollaaaa party at the back! Cue the double takes as you strut by everyone else and bring sexy back. ;)

OH, BOY. It's been a while, I know. Life's been crazy but it's been good. I'm finally back and ready to get back to the grind. Especially excited to show you my upcoming posts so hope you stick around!

Back to the outfit — this is a really old outfit (hence the weird fringe) that finally got its chance to shine on Wolf Gypsy. But hey, it's been raining quite often here in SG nowadays and you will find me in an outfit combo similar to this. Going all black as usual with pops of burgundy and my lovely holographic bag!

If you have been hanging around my blog for a while, you would know I'm basically obsessed with anything floral. I have too much floral in my wardrobe, in fact. But the moment I saw this dress, I knew I had to get it. I knew I had to wear it as an oversized cardigan instead and all sorts of floral wizard-inspired outfit ideas popped into my head. For the rest of my outfit, I decided to go all black to combat the crazy floral print with my maxi skirt and a bralet with thin straps for some witchy vibes.

// Whoa it's February 1st. School is starting to get back to its usual grind and I'm still in holiday mode. Doesn't help that we are having our Chinese New Year celebrations right now (and constant access to yummy peanut cookies & pineapple tarts all around the house and lots of family reunion dinners). So much has happened recently and like everyone else, I am still figuring things out as I go along. But I am trying to stick to one of my 2014 resolutions which is to blog more regularly so I can't wait to get this blog alive again. x

We all got those days where we just can't be bothered to come up with a good outfit in the morning. Sometimes, I can't be bothered to even leave my bed. By the time I eventually do roll off my bed and have to quickly put together something decent without looking like a total slob, this simple top + statement bottoms (or vice versa) combo never fails me. These hypnotic polka dot leggings would definitely grab anyone's attention! Slip on a jacket to battle the freezing cold lecture halls and you're good to go. This denim jacket is like a warm little cocoon for me on such days and it even has a cute girl scout patch at the back! Ah, the beauty of thrifting unique vintage pieces from the comfort of your own room! :)

Seriously, you guys. How trippy is this bag from Jump From Paper? When I first checked their latest lookbook out, I was so confused and thought, "wHaT iS DiS 3D MAgiC!?" And then, their brand name made so much sense to me. Take a peep at their site - there is so many different bag types, designs and colours to choose from! Of course, boring old me chose the black and white crossbody bag to save myself from the headache of mismatched clothing items. But hey, stripes are such a timeless pattern! I was going for a monochromatic look to match my cute striped friend but I decided to heck it, go floral crazy and tie a 90s knot to keep things fresh.
